Return & Exchange Timeframe

We offer a 30-day Return Policy, starting from the date of purchase.
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of placing your order.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.


📦 Return & Exchange Conditions

To ensure a successful return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned from the original country/region where they were shipped.
  • Items must be in brand-new condition, with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Returns Due to Dannto Responsibility
We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item you received differs in size or style from what you ordered.
  • The product has quality issues (e.g. breakage, glue separation, major defects).

If your item falls into these categories, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and provide the following:

  • A photo of the outer packaging & shipping label
  • Photos or a video showing the product issue
  • A screenshot of your order confirmation or your order number.

In these cases, Dannto will cover the return shipping cost for you.


Returns Due to Personal Reasons

If you wish to return or exchange your item due to personal reasons — such as change of mind or fit issues, return shipping will be at your own expense.

Please Note: Our sizing follows standard US/EU measurements. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or misuse
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Items not purchased from the official Dannto website
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • E-gift cards (non-refundable and non-exchangeable)

🎁 Promo & Bundle Items

For items purchased during promotional events (e.g. "Buy 3, Get 1 Free"), refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, as shown on your receipt.
Some promotional items may not be eligible for individual returns.
We recommend contacting customer service before returning promo-related items.

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • A photo of the outer package & shipping label
  • Photo(s) or video(s) showing the issue (if applicable)

Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with personalized return instructions.


💰 Refund Process

  • After you’ve shipped your return, please send us a photo of the package along with the tracking number.
  • Once we receive the returned package, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
